Why is my power bank provide fewer charges than expect?

Can this portable charger be transported on an aircraft?

Yes, our 74Wh power bank (clearly marked) meets airline carry-on regulations (≤100Wh permitted). It is allowed in cabin baggage but prohibited in checked luggage. Please confirm with your airline for specific policies.

Why won't the power bank recharge after being fully drained?

After heawy use, the battery cells may be too wam. Recharging wil resume once the temperature drops to a safe level, protecting the battery lifespan.

Why does it take much longer than 2 hours to fully charge this power bank with my current charger?

2-hr fast charge needs ≥45W PD charger (e.g., 45W/65W or higher) & 45W (3A) cable. Lower wattage (18W/30W) limits input, extending charge time. For 2-hr full charge, please use ≥45W PD charger & compatible cable.
